I emailed a file of a 100+ page book to a printer for an estimate of cost. Such things cost more here than in other places. And prices have risen much more in recent times. Paper is more expensive. Estimate came back … scary.
¶ Therapist this afternoon said Missus was in a good place as far as full recovery, was pleased to see she was in pretty good shape, considering.
¶ Study tonight was cancelled due to Brazil-Scotland game. Don’t mind so much, considering the drinking that will go on and the many drivers we’d cross on the way there and back. It’s a 30+ minute drive, through the central zone of town.
¶ This morning I had written six pages on tonight’s lesson to complement the book we're working out of (one I translated from English). Not bad for a morning's work. It’ll keep until next week.
