The photo captures a meeting of the Stonewall AR church in its first building on the banks of the Cache River, next to the old post office. The quality of the original is poor.
From comparison with another photo, it would appear that my dad is striking some silly pose in the back. My uncle said this photo was taken from the northeast corner of the building. The date is probably some time in the early 1950s.
A new building was later built across the river. The church met until some time in the late 70s, I think. Neither building has been preserved.
