28,000 motorcycles registered with the city, of which, from the impression one gets driving around town, 14,000 must be zipping between the cars on the streets and major arteries.

From January to October of this year twelve deaths have been attributed to bad driving habits or inattention, with five of those occuring in October alone. Seventy percent of those dead were between 18-30 years of age.

So the city will throw more money at the problem in educational programs.

What do you think?
