It took weeks to arrive in my mailbox, but Glover Shipp’s Covenant Marriage finally got here. I was very pleased with my first book cover. Not a bad job if I do say so myself. That it has a picture of my son and his fiancée is a bonus.

The book was done in Quark Express by Barbara Oliver, my associate at Forthright Press. We used the Gentium font for its excellent quality and readability, both for text, titles and cover.

Though it’s a relatively short book, with 56 pages, it’s perfect bound, rather than stapled (saddle stitched), as was the first edition put out by another publisher.

Now for the job of marketing …

What do you think?
