Alfredo and Luiza, from the SJC congregation, invited us for lunch, so off we went the 20km south of town to their chácara, country home, on the shores of one of the reservoirs that feed the city with water. They have a nice little place, but to get down to the water is a steep decline. We all traipsed down there, but nobody got in, since the water is cold, and the level of the reservoir is quite low just now. We spent the afternoon looking and walking around their place. Alfredo sent some veggies and greens back with us. Was an enjoyable afternoon, but I still had Maria at the office packing up books, so I was back overseeing that process by 5 p.m.
