Week and a half ago, Vicki and I started cutting out bad foods, working on eating just raw fruits and vegetables. We’re juicing at least once a day. I already have followed a no-milk-no-meat diet, but I thought I’d miss the breads. We did well, losing 2.5 k (about 5 pounds) from Wed.-Sun. We let up a bit on the diet, and lost only another pound or so since. I think since Friday, though, I may have lost more. We both feel better.
