Food, sleep, swimming

Food and rest make a big difference in my swimming. Last week I topped the 2000 meter barrier in my 50-minute class period. Close to 2100, don’t remember the exact figure. Today I eeked out under 1500, worse than that Monday. This after going to bed several nights at 1 a.m. with guests here from out of town and eating poorly.

Of course, Vicki being gone since last Thursday doesn’t help my sleeping and eating habits.
