The divided mind creates great pain,
More than one it attempts to please,
A love for two is a heavy chain —
The Kingdom a single eye must seize.
One greater love, one Master rules,
The Chosen’s yoke is easy and light;
The harsh and heavy burden of fools:
To live for self, fantastic flight.
The simple choice before us lies:
To serve the Anointed, him alone;
The foolish wait — let us be wise
And choose before our chance has flown.
