I was surprised when I was in Brazil last to find that almost every little hole-in-the-wall shop I visited accepted credit cards. A big change from my first visit.
Hmm, and the little shops in the USA don’t? I’d never thought about that. But I hardly ever use my credit card, which is more an emergency backup for me. Interesting observation there.
