READ: “Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is worthy of respect, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if something is excellent or praiseworthy, think about these things” Php 4.8.
THINK: The worldly mind is pessimistic, thinks the worst, expects the bad to happen. The redeemed mind thinks on what is good, for it has as a reference God’s goodness in the present and his promise for the future. In Christ, God’s peace guards the mind, v. 7.
ACT: Close your mind to evil; concentrate on God, in Scripture.
PRAY: Everything you do, Lord, is good, and I want to always think on this.
ASK: What is God’s good purpose in this moment?
