Cyst or tumor?

Vicki just returned from the eyes-ears-nose-throat specialist. He said he felt a lump in her saliva glands.

He didn’t feel that a couple of weeks ago. So he wants her to have a tomogram done, which she’s working on doing today. (Update: scheduled for Monday afternoon.)

Her glands have been swollen for several weeks. Visits to dentist, doctor and specialist revealed nothing.

Today’s visit was a two-week return after the specialist couldn’t identify anything specific.

Today he told her he felt a nodule, and it could be a cyst or a tumor.
