Chiastic structure of the book of James

Fascinating proposal here for a chiastic structure of James’s letter, which has often stumped commentators.

But I seem to remember seeing a similar proposal somewhere else. Hmm, has the author used another source? maybe I should get the Global Bible Commentary and find out.
