Rich or Righteous?

It’s a very old heresy. Riches is a sign of righteousness. The righteous, blessed as they must be by God, are rich.

And the heresy is still around, despite the book of Job and other clear teachings in Scripture.

The disciples wondered, “If the rich scarcely can be saved, then what about the rest of us?” They also had bought into the heresy of rich = righteous.
