Fellowship Limerick
Email group discussions are always fertile soil for inspiring a poem. This time, a light limerick on the dangers of fellowship.
One brother lamented the tendency of a few “to try and link one person with another who happens to be linked with someone who teaches something they disagree with. It happens in the world and in the church.”
So since he didn’t much like my Election Limerick, I wrote this one for him. Maybe he’ll like it better, since it echoes his sentiments.
“For Fellowship”
For fellowship check every clue,
You never know who’s blessing who:
If A holds with B,
And B talks with C,
I might not could fellowship you!
