My Bible verse for 2008

This year, which is just getting started for me, I finally decided on my yearly Bible verse as my spiritual focus. I’ve done this now for several years running. It’s been a helpful exercise to me.

My selection for this year is a verse and a half.

For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, so that each one may receive what is due for what he has done in the body, whether good or evil. Therefore, knowing the fear of the Lord, we persuade others. –2 Cor. 5:10-11 ESV
